Woman says she won case for being born without consent

TikTok satirist Kass Theaz went viral after claiming she sued her parents for birthing her without consent—and won $5,000 a month in “involuntary life support” payments. In her 2023 video, Theaz mocked “extreme woke logic,” insisting she didn’t consent to life or adulthood.

Her deadpan delivery had viewers divided: some believed her, others applauded the humor. She advised parents to “hire a psychic” to get pre-birth consent—and warned, “Kids will sue you.”

Despite having children herself, she claimed adoption made it “ethical,” since she wasn’t responsible for their birth. In another video, she joked her son identified as a cat and called for a “trans-species child tax credit.”

While some media outlets were fooled, Theaz clarified it’s all satire. Her TikTok bio even says so. With over 8.6 million likes, she’s clearly struck a nerve.

Whether seen as bold satire or too far, Theaz proves humor still has the power to provoke and entertain.
