When Bethani and Tim Webb from Hythe, Alberta, found out they were expecting, they never imagined what was coming. Just three months after their 2015 wedding, a routine ultrasound revealed a one-in-15-million surprise—four identical baby girls, naturally conceived.

In June 2016, at 33 weeks, Bethani delivered via C-section. Abigail, McKayla, Grace, and Emily arrived healthy. To tell them apart, the couple painted each baby’s toenails a different color.

Life with quadruplets was overwhelming. They went through 48 diapers a day, and exhaustion became the norm. But the Webbs weren’t alone. Their small-town community offered help, donations, and support. At one point, they moved in with Tim’s mom to manage the chaos.
