Greta Thunberg’s blistering response to Donald Trump after calling her ”strange”

The conflict between former President Donald Trump and Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has reignited following her deportation from Israel on June 10. The 22-year-old was reportedly intercepted by Israeli forces while sailing toward Gaza with humanitarian aid. She claims she and 11 others were “kidnapped in international waters,” a statement Israeli officials strongly deny.

Israeli authorities dismissed the mission as a “selfie yacht” and a “media provocation,” accusing the activists of staging the event for attention rather than delivering meaningful aid.

In a video recorded before her group’s detention, Thunberg said, “If you see this video, we have been intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by Israeli occupational forces—or forces that support Israel.”

Trump, never one to hold back, responded swiftly. Speaking to reporters, he referred to Thunberg as “a young, angry person” and dismissed the incident as another example of her seeking the spotlight.

This isn’t the first time Trump and Thunberg have clashed. Their public disagreements over climate policy and activism date back years, with Trump previously mocking her passionate speeches and environmental efforts.

Thunberg’s supporters argue that she continues to speak truth to power, while critics—including Trump—view her actions as performative and politically charged.

As the situation unfolds, the confrontation has sparked fresh global debate over activism, international law, and how governments handle dissent—especially when it involves high-profile figures like Thunberg.

With both sides remaining firm, the Trump-Thunberg feud shows no signs of cooling down.
