Emma Caldwell enters divorce court eight months pregnant, prepared to walk away from her marriage without claiming the house, savings, vehicles, or business shares. Investigators also uncover attempts to move assets through Daniel’s construction business. A handwriting expert finds evidence that Daniel practiced Emma’s signature on blank documents.

Emma gives birth to a healthy son, Noah, while Daniel is prevented from entering the hospital under the protective order.
