Disturbing emergency audio reveals final moments as Hulk Hogan suffers cardiac arrest

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, passed away on Tuesday at age 71 following a sudden cardiac arrest. Emergency services were dispatched to his Clearwater, Florida home early Thursday morning after a 911 call reported a cardiac incident, according to TMZ.

Paramedics performed CPR for 30 minutes before transporting Hogan to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Multiple police cars and EMTs were seen outside his home during the emergency response.

Hogan’s attorney, Linda Bose, confirmed his death: “Unfortunately we must confirm that Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, passed away this morning. We are heartbroken. He was such a great human being and friend.”

The official cause of death has not yet been released, but authorities confirmed no foul play is suspected.

In the weeks leading up to his death, Hogan had reportedly been experiencing shortness of breath, significant weight loss, and was on oxygen, a source told the Daily Mail. He also underwent neck surgery earlier this year.

His wife, Sky, confirmed that Hogan had undergone a four-level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF), calling it an “intense surgery with a long and layered healing process.” She denied rumors that Hogan was in a coma before his death.

Hogan previously shared on the IMPAULSIVE podcast that he had undergone 25 surgeries over the past decade, including multiple back, hip, knee, and shoulder surgeries.

Following his death, WWE released a statement mourning the loss: “WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away,” remembering him as a major figure who helped catapult professional wrestling into global fame during the 1980s.
