For four years, Elmer allowed his son Dennis and daughter-in-law Trisha to live rent-free in his Portland house, despite their increasingly distant and disrespectful behavior. When Dennis asked him to arrange a deep cleaning while they were away, Elmer agreed. He had no idea the request would expose a terrible secret.
