Danielle’s hands shook as she read the documents proving that the house belonged entirely to Corinne. She insisted there had been a mistake, claiming her parents had told her the property was hers. Corinne calmly explained that she had paid for the house herself and that the title contained only her name. Tyler stood nearby holding a lamp, stunned by what he was hearing.
