Jill Biden Faces Allegations of Elder Abuse Amid Health Rumors

Jill Biden could face potential criminal charges for “elder abuse,” according to Leo Terrell, a former Fox News contributor and now senior counsel in the Department of Justice’s civil rights division.

The controversy began Sunday after former President Joe Biden revealed he had been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer. Within hours, MAGA supporters claimed he had been ill for years and that his wife, Jill, helped conceal the truth.

These claims gained traction after multiple physicians suggested the illness may have gone undetected—or unreported—for up to a decade.

Terrell fueled the speculation on X by sharing a post accusing Jill Biden of knowing about her husband’s health while continuing to support his campaign. He added: “Abuse of the Elderly! Criminal Indictments?”

His post sparked backlash, even among conservative users, with some accusing him of overreach or even treason.

Although Trump initially offered Biden well wishes, by Monday his tone shifted. In a White House press conference, he suggested there may have been a cover-up involving Walter Reed Hospital.

“Someone is lying about the facts. That is an enormous problem,” Trump said.

Vice President JD Vance also commented, extending best wishes but raising questions about Biden’s fitness for office. Speaking from Air Force Two, Vance said, “We must be honest about whether the former president was qualified for the position.”

Requests for comment have been sent to the DOJ and Joe Biden’s office as the controversy continues to unfold.
